Excellent service and delivery. We had a slow draining of tub drain upstairs. Jason came in about an hour and fixed it. He was friendly and explained in detail what he was doing. Completed the project promptly. Will use them again.

I hired Watermark Plumbing to come out and do a video drain inspection as a second opinion. The quoted price was reasonable and they could come out the next day. The technician showed up on time and ran the camera about 30 feet up the main line under the house. I did not tell him the details of the first company’s findings. His evaluation was very different from that of the first company. I subsequently hired a third plumbing company to come out and render a third opinion and that evaluation matched exactly that of Watermark’s. What a great experience. Watermark answered my call right away. They were available and responsive. They sent Jason, who was excellent. He was straightforward and honest with information, very professional and courteous, and resolved all issues that we uncovered. He gave me options and his thoughts on the best solution to the problem, instead of trying to upsell me or force me into unnecessary repairs. I will for sure call them if I have any plumbing issues in the future.
