I first contacted Watermark to come out to repair my toilet shut off valve, as it was difficult to turn by hand and therefore I couldn’t fix the flushing mechanism in my toilet. Michael came out with his associate and not only quickly repaired the shut off valve, he also changed out the entire flushing mechanism inside the toilet. On his way out, I asked him to look at the guest bathroom toilet that was rocking back and forth. He pulled the toilet and found that the sewer pipe was corroded and leaking sewage into the floor. My shower and toilet started backing up on Christmas weekend. I called Watermark first thing on Tuesday morning. Even though they were slammed with post-Christmas/post-freeze calls, they were able to get me on their schedule for Thursday. I had another functioning bathroom so I could wait a few days. Michael quickly diagnosed the problem (main sewer line clog), pulled the toilet, and cleared the blockage. The Watermark plumbers are always pleasant, knowledgeable, and solve the problem.
