Luis and Dillon were on time and very professional. They installed the safe, connected the lighting and made sure ai knew how to set the combination. I will be using the team at A-1 for all my safe needs and service.

I was there after hours on a Saturday night, very much so, based on google hours. Google hours said they were open until 8PM, which is for mobile service only. (Google doesn't let them show store hours/mobile hours) The place closes at 4PM on Saturdays and I was there after 5PM. Robert the store manager was kind enough to realize I had a simple need (a spare key made for my truck) and opened the door for me, and help cut the keys I needed. I felt the human element that one would miss at a big box store like 'big orange' or 'big blue'. That is why I have always gone to A1 locksmith for all my lock and key related needs!!

Five stars! I bought a home and needed the place rekeyed. Andrew Hoffman was assigned and he called me to verify the address. Andrew gave me an estimate time of arrival and was early. Before he started the job he gave me a price for everything.. very reasonable. He rekeyed everything and provided a dead bolt that I needed for my bedroom. Recommend A-1 locksmith and Andrew Hoffman.. professional, honest and just a really nice person.
