We did not know any plumbers, so I searched on Facebook and found Jim’s Plumbing Now. We needed a hydrostatic test done. I called and spoke with Lisa. She was very friendly and professional. Today Terry B. came out to conduct the test. Terry was very professional, had a happy demeanor, and explained everything he did during the test. And the price was very reasonable. I will definitely call Terry B. with Jim’s Plumbing Now for any future plumbing needs. Thank you Terry!!!
Best experience I’ve ever had! Chris came out and fixed the problem with our hot water heater as soon as the part came in. He even help set up the WiFi on the Essency hot water heater. 10 out of 10!!
Travis was great and got our water heater running within 90 minutes of calling for service. I will be buying a replacement water heater from him soon.
