I'm a very picky customer and I've been a loyal client for many years. Mostly for the level of expertise, knowledge and professionalism. Whether it was something I thought was a big expensive thing that they helped me understand it wasn't that bad, to an actual hazard they found and prevented a future fire. They do it all.
