I’ll start off by saying that I am not a big massage person, might be because I never found the right person or I was too stubborn to go and take care of my lower back issues. I recently moved to the Carrollton area and found myself with agitating lower back pain (bed ridden for a couple days) and I knew I needed to have someone look at me. I was lucky to stumble upon Theresa and Recuperate Massage. She’s been a true life changer, I haven’t felt this good with my lower back in a very long time. She’s done great work in only a handful of sessions and couldn’t recommend her enough!
