Update 2026! I still stand by my review almost 3 years later!!
Recuperate Massage is amazing. Ms. Theresa was very professional and intentional about my massage! She explained what she was doing during the process, educated me on my muscles and informed me about areas that needed extra attention. I look forward to returning soon and referring her to others!!

While searching for a sports or deep tissue massage online for my son I found this wonderful practice. I wanted to make sure he would be in good hands and with someone who was intentional with his care with him being a very active athlete, as well as this being his first massage!

As someone who has been getting massages for over 25 years, I needed to find a new therapist for the first time in 20 years. Troy was very knowledgeable and effective. In a choice that is such a personal matter, I chose well. Highly recommended.

It was the greatest experience. So relaxing and stress relieving. I haven't had a massage in years and that was the best I have had in a long time. I've been feeling great ever since. He help relieve a lot of issues I was dealing with. I will certainly be scheduling another session.
