Tim Draper and his staff provide excellent customer service from the time you walk through the doors of their showroom to the installation of the new flooring and then they follow up to be sure you’re satisfied with everything. This was the 3rd time we have used this company, so I can definitely say you cannot go wrong with Draper Floors.

We used Draper Floors to fit a new carpet in our sunken living room. They were very helpful to find the right option, and stripped out the existing floor ahead of laying the carpet. They did a great job and are highly recommended.

Draper Floors just replaced some of our carpet and we were so pleased with the outcome. Josue was very thorough with his explanation of the different carpets to choose from and the carpet samples we took home were very helpful. After we made our decision, Tim Draper came out to measure immediately, and the carpet was ordered and installed within a week.
