Ricki is AMAZING! I have been going to GTC Carrollton for almost 2 years now for 2 different problems. Both times I have been terrible and debilitating pain and the only time I was able to get relief was in days I would see Ricki. She takes her time to really treat (mentally and physically). She spends as much time as she can to get me to a more comfortable state before I leave. I have been to other therapy centers over the years and the care that Ricki provides is like nothing I have experienced. While watching her work with other patients when I am there I can tell I am not the only patient she gives her all for. I CANNOT thank her enough for how she has truly impacted my life for the better.
I broke my arm in 7 places and needed surgery. I was sent to one PT location who was usless in my opinion. I found GTC and they were great. After my therapy I had gone back to the Surgeon and had 98 percent of my arm movement back. The doctor told me he didn't think I would get back that much movement. I credit it to his great surgery and to Corey and her staff that I did.
