I have used North Texas since we bought our current house. Russell and his team are fantastic in every way. They are honest, on time and charge very fair prices. I will continue to use Russell and team for my HVAC needs.
This is the #1 A/C repair and maintenance company in DFW. I have used it for over 6 years. Each time they came to your house to take care of the problems, but AT THE MOST REASONABLE PRICE. Our AC went out during the worst time as we faced record summer temps. North Texas Air was able to diagnose our problem quickly and explain all the possible solutions. Once our plan was in place that’s when all the magic happened. Highly professional, deeply knowledgeable, and all with such a great attitude. Customer service is a ten star attribute of this company.
