Grace is fantastic-experienced, friendly, listens to your concerns. She is honest about what looks good and what is a fad. She cares about her customers and wants them to want to return. I love this place! Highly recommend.
Wonderful, came in for a haircut and wash, I was in and out within 1 hour. I didn't have a reservation and it was Friday afternoon but the staff was very prompt and did what I needed to get done. Would definitely return as a cut and wash only cost $40, $50 after tip
I love this place my hairdresser always addresses my needs and wants. and is so very courteous. I don't have to wait long at all. they are very nice and polite and give very good service. my hairdresser is jeong. he is the best I've ever had as a hairdresser only because he really knows what I like in hair style. I will never go to anyone else. he's stuck with me as a customer lol :) the other ladies are very nice and good too. the environment is very nice welcoming and anyone can go in there, any type of people and any race because it's such a friendly type of place and very inviting. I went to other salons in that area and was not treated as nice as Hair Story so will be a very long time customer. thanks!!!! love my hair.
