“My water heater went out on Thursday. I called Lee Company mid morning. A technician was dispatched to evaluate the problem same day. Had a new water heater installed the next day. Awesome customer service from start to finish.
Charlie Emile …thank you so much for taking the time to walk me through the installation process explaining what was needed and why. It’s rare to find people willing to take the time to explain what caused the problem in a way that is clear and concise. I will definitely take your advice and ensure that the water heater is maintained on a routine schedule and yes I will be reaching out to Lee Company to help with the ongoing maintenance.”
“Louis did an excellent job with the water heater. Checked water pressure and hot water on all faucets”
