“I made an appointment for a central heat and AC unit service. I didn't catch the lady's name who received the call, but she was very nice and professional. I called on a Tuesday and was scheduled for Thursday morning for 9:30.
The day of the appointment I was contacted by the technician, Brad, and informed he was in route, with an ETA. My spam filter got him, but he left a message. Clear communication, and he arrived on time and on schedule.
He was very efficient, polite, and professional, giving a clear and detailed assessment of our unit's condition, with photos. He laid out his recommendations, stipulating minimum requirements, and offering higher tier suggestions with no pressure.
He also made us aware of an annual service program that provides bi-annual automatic unit service at a very reasonable cost.
He was respectful of our time and property, which seems to be rare these days. Payment was handled on completion via card, but a check option was offered as well.
Adkins as a whole, and Brad in particular were very great to work with and Adkins has earned a repeat customer without question. Highly recommend.”
