Prompt response, service. Knowledgable technician who solved the problem. We use Lee for all of our repair and maintenance work. Many of our neighbors also do, as well. Highly recommend their honest and expertise company.

I came home to a growing puddle of water around my water heater, with an obvious leak running down the side of it. I texted my property manager and she called Lee Company. Mark was there within two hours of my initial contact with my property manager. He quickly diagnosed the problem and went to work fixing it. Thankfully the water heater itself wasn’t the problem, but a plastic valve which had cracked; so he had the parts needed to complete the repair right on his truck. From beginning to end it was quick and painless. Mark was professional and communicated with me as needed, but ultimately just did what was needed to get the job done.
