Our ac unit went out on the 4th of July weekend and we called One Way Air because Chat GPT suggested this company. We called and within 30 minutes, Kyle comes to our house and checked out our ac unit. He immediately found the problem, fixed it in 15 minutes. Not only was Kyle a total pro, he was a very nice and polite guy. This company is so easy to work with…..from the time I called to make an appointment, within less than an hour, our ac unit was working! The price was half of what I expected to pay. I strongly recommend this business.
Great service! The young lady who took my call was very friendly and helpful. Milan came out and did the service work, diagnosed the problem quickly and had us up and running in to time. Reasonable pricing too. I couldn’t be happier.
Greg came out immediately at 930am after reaching out the evening before and setting up a service time at my convenience and after diagnosing our problem we ended up going with a new hvac system. Milan and crew showed up at 230pm same day and were pulling out of our driveway less than two hours later with a new unit and thermostat installed. Ac works great and we are ready for summer. From the lady that answered the phone Wednesday night to Greg Thursday morning and then Milan Thursday afternoon, they were all very professional and kind.
