James came in the house did a diagnostic and looked at the filter (which was dirty), changed it, went outside look at unit, did a diagnostic to the cover off the unit assessed, sprayed the dirt and grim off the screens, replaced the covers and unit cools as it is supposed. I was very happy he was honest and did not try to add on services. Very nice and polite guy with professionalism.
Thank you for your help and service.
