Just received checkup maintenance with Carson. He was very friendly and professional. Introduced himself and went straight to work. My service was completed within 25-30 min. Excellent as usual. I have used Chancey & Reynolds for years their great service is why.
I currently have a Service/Maintenance Agreement with Chancey & Reynolds (no relation) on two Daiken units. Because of their past service… knowledge and professionalism — their technicians and office staff as well, I will be adding another Service/Maintenance Agreement on my home’s main heating and A/C unit to my account with them soon. I highly recommend this company.
AC stopped working after service. The AC was working fine and technician supposedly cleaned the drainage. Instead it was clogged and backed up causing water in my attic. They returned were able to address the issue. Second time around I would have given them a 5 rating but it was a long night with no AC.
