Luke was dispatched to my grandmothers home after her A/C would not run upstairs. He was extremely polite, respectful and was able to get our air turned back on promptly. We were especially grateful as we had two toddlers sleeping upstairs and getting the A/C back on was vital. Thank you to Luke for saving the day!
James did a fantastic job. Arrived between the 8-10pm window as promised (this was emergency call, made time to show up 1 hour after I called Eco Solutions). Diagnosed the house inside and out to ensure everything was working as expected. After checking the two attic units, he mentioned the issue was 100% outside, not inside. Opened up the electric panel and found that the capacitor blew out which is why my thermostat wasn’t turning on the system to push cold air in the house. Thankfully, he had the part on his truck. Took 10 minutes to swap the part out. The system immediately started working once the fuse was put back in.

Eco has been servicing our heat pump for a year, after our original contractor sold his business without notification. I am especially happy that 1) they proactively call to schedule appointments 2) they contact via text for confirmation the day before 3) the tech calls when he's on the way to our house 4) Eco texts a picture of the tech along with some background on him so we know who to expect 5) they're on time. Today, Matt was thorough in his work, walked through everything he did with my husband and I, checked to verify our warranty for needed parts to repair, got the parts ordered, & made sure everything was put back in order.
