“Curtis is the best! I have been working out with him for almost a year and since I started, knee issues that I had when I started have mostly gone away. He creates workout programs that are fun and challenging, and he is always super positive and encouraging. I have a long history of injuries and am very cautious about my workouts, and Curtis is extremely knowledgeable about how to help me both modify and rehabilitate. He also has a great team of trainers who are equally great! I've worked out with a lot of trainers, and Curtis and his team are the best!“

“This location has, by far, the best boxing/combat-sport coaching I have ever experienced. Coach Looui, Coach Veto, and the other staff members provide an extremely encouraging and friendly environment for fitness and boxing training alike. Their obvious passion for the sport is matched only by their dedication to their students. The environment is tailored to encourage a vibrant community with a strong, inclusive, familial atmosphere. Coach Looui and Coach Veto will go the extra mile to make sure you attain your fitness goals, and an extra 100 if you express interest in learning more about the art of boxing. I have met multiple martial art/combat sport instructors over many years and the coaches here are some of the best I've seen for both experienced and novice boxers.“

“My experience training with Daniel was a great one. Without ever meeting in person, Daniel was able to create a personalized workout and diet program that produced the results I was looking for at an affordable rate. The habits I created during my 3-month program with Daniel have stuck with me and helped me feel healthier than I have in years. He works with one client at a time so we have the entire gym to ourselves and can really focus on me and my progress. “Like everyone else I gained COVID weight and needed to get back to a healthier me. I came back to Next Fitness Level Fitness because I had trained there before COVID. The trainer I trained with ended up moving on and that is where I was paired with Sebastian. I trained with him for over a year and he’s gotten me to be in the best shape I’ve ever been. The workouts are fun and challenging, that 1 hour goes by so quick! Not only is Sebastian a great trainer, he also ended up being a friend. If anyone gets paired with him you won’t regret it.Everyone at Next Level Fitness is the nicest folks you will encounter, they are there to help you succeed in all of your fitness goals.“

“I can’t recommend Ashley enough. She’s an amazing trainer who makes working out fun! She’s extremely educated on her craft, I learned a ton from her. My husband and I trained with her for our wedding and she got us in incredible shape and we had a blast along the way. Not many people could drag my butt out of bed for a 6:30am workout 2x per week but Ashley could! Cherry on top, Ashley’s one of the sweetest people you’ll ever meet. “I’ve been working with Jim since 2017 and there aren’t enough good things I can say about him! Jim goes over and beyond what any trainer I’ve ever worked with has.I was in a major car accident in 2018 which led to spine surgery. When I was finally released to workout again, Jim was there every step of the way. He even went as far as to contact my physical therapist and work with her on where my body was in the healing process and tailored my workouts accordingly!You get far more than just a trainer when you work with Jim. You also get a friend. He genuinely cares about you and your health physically and mentally. There’s no way I would’ve been able to get through my recovery without him being a part of the process. I HIGHLY recommend him as a trainer!!“

“Terry is really great! In the last four months of rehabbing after major surgery, Terri has improved my overall core strength to almost 100%! His focus on the overall condition is impeccable. He gently encourages while being very calculated in his approach to the weakened areas. Terry has a wonderful, almost uncanny grasp of how the body heals throughout the reconditioning. “I have been practicing at this studio for the last thirteen years. All the teachers are wonderful. I've practiced regularly over the years with Rachel Mathenia, Aretha, and Paige, and all are caring, attentive and care about their students. I started practicing due to back pain, and thanks to Iyengar yoga and the spectacular teachers at 12S Yoga, I've been able to take care of my back and build the strength and flexibility needed to avoid injury. If you want to really learn the asanas and be able to practice safely at home, I would highly recommend Iyengar and this studio. They will also help you adapt poses so that this really is yoga for any body.“

He has an impressive knowledge of sports physiology, and keeps close track of how far you’re doing with each exercise, challenging you and making sure you’re moving forward safely and steadily. He pays very careful attention to your posture and movements as you exercise so you avoid any injury. He’s also got great advice about diet, nutrition, and weight loss. He’s also just a great guy. I can’t imagine someone who brings together more of the qualities you’d want in a trainer.“
