About LifeSpa

LifeSpa is a highly praised establishment, known for its exceptional services. The facials provided by Amanda are described as a "relaxing, heavenly experience," while the massages are consistently excellent, with each therapist having their own unique style. Sally, a knowledgeable skin care specialist, is particularly recommended for her ability to leave clients' faces looking clean and fresh. The gym facilities, though showing some signs of wear, offer a range of amenities, including great pools and outdoor spaces during warmer months. The staff is consistently kind and helpful, and the common areas are well-maintained. While the gym can become crowded at times and fees are rising, LifeSpa remains a beloved destination for those seeking a space to unwind and decompress.

The most prettiest blow out ever Amanda does an amazing job. She deep cleansed my scalp and everything my hair has never felt for refreshed and bouncy. I got my mom a massage from Sandra and she feels amazing they both do really good jobs

I have had 3 massages with Tom so far and each one has been absolutely amazing. I initially booked with him to help with lymphatic drainage but he has done so much more. He is great at listening to what I need and adapting. He also inherently knows as he massages and gets to the root of whatever is going on in my body. He is very kind and affirming. I always leaving feeling better physically and mentally.

Tom is a master massage therapist truly! He gives the best therapy for my back pain and is helping me greatly by decreasing my pain and tightness. I have been seeing him regularly for 3 months and he makes such a difference in the quality of my life.
