Over the last two years I have worked to lose 75 pounds, but in doing so, I lost a lot of muscle mass especially in my upper body. In just over three months I’ve regained noticeable muscle mass, my clothes fit better, and I’ve even continued to lose unwanted pounds.
Odyssey Fitness is amazing! Plus they have excellent equipment and give personal attention to all your needs! I have been going here for about 3 months now and already have amazing results. Great team of fitness professionals that know what they are doing. The small group sessions have been so beneficial for me all around. I joined Odyssey Fitness because I have a bad back and wanted a place where I could work out safely. The trainers have been great about adjusting my workouts to fit my needs.
Everyone has been awesome, especially Gabe. He's encouraging, knowledgeable, and always makes sure I'm doing the exercises correctly.
