It's easy to schedule and cancel classes. There are more than enough class times available to meet most scheduling needs and cancellations can occur anytime outside of 8hrs. Compared to other gyms in the area, this fit my schedule best and left enough flexibility for cancellations if needed. They also utilize an app that makes booking your classes super easy.
Pricing is competitive to the area and there are different plan options available. They charge bi-weekly which I also prefer. Spreading the cost out over the month makes it more manageable.
While in class the workouts are easy to follow, the coaches are enthusiastic without pushing you to discomfort, and the movements will challenge you. There are different weights available so you can challenge your body without hurting yourself and the classes are set up to keep you moving without having to grab and rerack weights. I'd recommend these workouts to beginners and seasoned exercise-enthusiasts alike.
*A personal perk for me is that the gym is clean and gear is wiped down between classes. Towels are also available in class.
If you're looking for a class-style, home-gym in East, I highly recommend trying it out!“

I have recovered nicely, but I wanted to go beyond what physical therapy had helped me accomplish. Christian helps with my overall strength but he also helps me focus on balance, movement and overall functionality. I have already improved balance and movement significantly. I’ve also learned how to supplement my training outside the gym with Christian’s guidance.Christian keeps the workouts fresh and explains his philosophy towards training really well. He teaches that repetition is key, but he also adds increasingly challenging skills as I improve. Stretching and nutrition advice is included.Christian is encouraging at just the right level. Ashley was my first personal trainer/health coach, and I have learned so much from her and still continue to learn from her. I had originally reached out to her to lose weight bc I had let myself go and didn’t know how to manage my diet in a sustainable way. I was in and out of the gym on my own but wasn’t seeing progress. I didn’t realize how important nutrition, steps, sleep and the other aspects of your life are.
I had started with her in May/June of 2025 and have lost 20lbs!! I already feel more confident, happy and comfortable in my body. I’ve learned about what foods are harmful and how to keep meal prepping simple.
