My wife and I were on vacation in Hilton Head when my glasses broke. It was a nightmare. My wife found a Walmart Vision Center nearby where we were staying. We went in to the Vision Center and was greeted by Kecia Robinson (Optician). She looked at my glasses and told me she could fix them. She worked on them for about 15 minutes and fixed them. She was so wonderful and made my day.

I had a wonderful experience taking the Bella Lash Extension Class with Mariah! I took the class with her back in 2023 in Michigan. I have taken multiple classes with Mariah after graduating cosmetology school, and went to all her demos offered at the Douglas J Aveda Institute when I was still enrolled!
The Lash Extension Class is two days full of hands on education. Mariah is extremely informative when teaching lash theory, and different techniques to use when you get to the mannequin/model work. During the model service Mariah was very attentive and patient with all of us. She’s encouraging and answers any questions I’ve had, even after the class. After we completed our model sets we were coached on how to take pictures too!
Mariah has been an amazing mentor to me for many years now. She’s passionate about teaching and cares about her students success in the industry. I recommend her Lash Extension Class to anybody who is looking to expand their service menu. Mariah is such an informative and fun teacher. Debbie was fantastic. She did exactly what I asked for and also shared ideas. While the cost is a bit pricey the results were amazing. My cut/blow dry lasted 3 days (very unusual for my hair). Just washed it today and restyled and still able to get results I wanted. Just for some info I have straight fine heavy hair. It’s hard to get volume, but between cut and styling it now has some volume after following Debbie’s tips. Will definitely return.
Robyn has been wonderful with my mom, Joan, who recently passed away from Alzheimers. Robyn always gave a wonderful haircut for my mom and always showed such patience and kindness. My only regret is that I did not bring my mom often enough! My mom's spirits were so lifted and she looked so beautiful after her visits with Robyn! Thank you!!
I cannot say enough wonderful things about this salon and the incredible women who work there. After an unfortunate experience at another salon left me with a severe mat in my hair, I reached out to one of their stylists, desperate for help. Without hesitation, she told me to come in as soon as I could, and when I arrived, I wasn’t just met with skilled hands and professional expertise—I was met with love. Every stylist took time out of their busy schedules, sacrificing their own breaks, simply to help me.
For two days, they worked tirelessly, trying everything they could to free my hair from the tangled mess, all while showering me with reassurance, patience, and good laughs that I so desperately needed. Ultimately, the mat was too severe for them to fully remove, and I had to travel to Miami, FL to see a woman who specialized in de matting hair. But that isn’t what this review is about. This is about the selflessness, the heart, and the humanity of this salon.

We recently moved to Hilton Head and a friend of mine recommended that I see Billy at Shelter Cove Salon for a haircut. Billy has now been cutting my hair for several months and I could not be more pleased. He is professional, friendly, and has great attention to detail. My wife has commented that this is the best haircut I have ever had. I look forward many more! I give Billy my highest recommendation and have been recommending him to many.
My fiance won't get his hair cut anywhere but here when we're in town. Apparently he's not the only one...its hard to get an appointment. But easier than walking in. Because you'll have to eat and drink and shop while waiting till they can take you. Which really isn't that unpleasant, cause there's much to do in this center.

I got a shave and a hair cut. It was a very good experience. My hair cut was solid and the straight razor shave was fantastic. Hot towels and lotions to prep my skin. Then a cold towel and after shave lotion to finish up. The staff was friendly and fun to talk with them. It shop has a New Orleans decor. Recommend this shop for hair cuts and shaves.

Recently moved to HHI and after a few months of living here needed to get a haircut! Went to Elite with no appointment unsure if I’d be able to get in and Tony was able to squeeze me in. Gave me a great haircut and the guys are nice and professional. Will definitely be returning.

I was a walk-in without an appointment and was helped within just a few minutes. Lilly did an amazing job on my gel manicure and gel pedicure. She was very friendly. She took her time but was also efficient. She worked with my difficult nails and made everything look amazing ! Also she offered me water, coke or Diet Coke which was a nice bonus. Excellent friendly service and immaculate job well done! Also the salon is very clean and the ambiance is so lovely. The music is very calming and peaceful. A very serene environment !

Luna Therapy was a warm and welcoming experience. I had a Detoxifying Lymphatic Massage, Ann was my Therpist and she was Amazing. Ann was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything to me prior to my massage. This was extremely beneficial as I have never had this type of massage before.
Super relaxing time in a super relaxing place. Therapist was phenomenal and found all of my knots.
We use their parents night out, and most recently their mindful warriors yoga camp. My boys love going for yoga!

Oh my GOSH. I just had a facial with Paige and it was AMAZING. From the heated bed, to the calming music, to her gentle touch and massages, I truly could not have left feeling more relaxed. I’ve had many massages at other places, this was my first facial, but I have never left feeling so at peace and relaxed. Normally I’m in my head during spa treatments but I actually almost fell asleep I was so relaxed. Not only was the facial amazing but she took her time giving me a hand, arm, foot, chest, and scalp massage. All around amazing experience. 5 stars ⭐️ I am also so glowy and hydrated! I was warmly welcomed by the front desk staff at Heavenly Spa. I came 1 hour early to my massage appointment to use the amenities. The offerings are jacuzzi, steam, sauna and a lounge. I booked a deep tissue massage with Gabriel. He was very professional and addressed all my concerned areas. The massage was amazing and exactly what I asked for. I will definitely be back to see him.
We had a main water leak under our driveway and several other plumbers suggested a scope of the sewer line. I called Piper for another opinion and they identified the problem of a faulty connector right away and made the repair. They saved us money and time and we could not be more satisfied. Shawn was knowledgable, and explained everything during the process. I will recommend them going forward!

I have used Butler Plumbing for years. Would never dream of calling another company. Butler Plumbing is responsive, quick and always knows what to do. The technicians are fabulous. The office staff so courteous and understanding. My latest problem was tree roots and I could not use any of the plumbing in my house. They were here the next morning got me back in business and then permanently fix the problem several days later. I simply could not say enough good things about them.

On this latest cleaning had my sectional sofa and living room rug deap cleaned and they both turned out very good and smelled lovely. The service technician Kenneth was on time and very professional. Maid for You has been taking care of my rental property in HHI for the past 6 months and it's always perfectly clean before my guests arrive. The communication from the office staff is excellent- they either call or text with questions to ensure everything is in the correct place as well as making sure it's ok to switch something out if needed. They are proactive, detail-oriented, and always make sure everything goes smoothly. I feel completely comfortable trusting them with my property, which gives me a real peace of mind as an owner and host.

Had 2 great installers that did an amazing job installing 3 rooms of carpet , hallway and stairs. They moved all furniture and I am so happy with the work they did. We had obtained services for termite warranty with Hilton Head Exterminators. We are very pleased with their service and pricing. They come every other month to inspect the traps. They do a very thorough one year evaluation.
Other companies will come once a year to inspect the traps and they are not as thorough. We are very pleased with the services that they provide.

Went in for a cleaning. I was also having an issue. Dr McKinley identified the issue and recommend an oral surgeon. He put my mind at ease that if I get it taken care of it will be an easy fix. He also assured me was safe to go on vacation. Oral surgeon didn't have an opening until after vacation anyway. He always put your mind at ease. I am not a fan of going to the dentist. My last dentist wanted to give me 3 crowns. Dr McKinley was able to fix my teeth inexpensively without crowns. Definitely recommend using him for a dentist.

I’ve been coming to Dr Klingenberg since my rear end car accident for whiplash and he has been excellent at reducing pain in neck. He listens to me when I explain the pain I have and when the pain is reduced after treatment. Yes I would recommend Chiropractic issues. Great Job Dr Dean

For over 40 years, I have struggled with a congenital back defect, compounded by age-related stenosis and disc compression, leading to constant pain. Thankfully, for the past three months, I've undergone treatments with Dr. McGinnis, including the DRX9000 decompression machine, chiropractic care, laser therapy, sonic treatments, and physical therapy. The transformation has been remarkable. The X-rays, before-and-after, show a huge improvement in the alignment of my spine, which has contributed greatly to my pain relief. Everyone has been so great here. They’re communicative, honest, and you can tell they genuinely love animals. My two cats (one of which normally hates the vet) have been very happy coming here and I’ve appreciated seeing how they treat them.
Tracy was wonderful with our dog Maverick. He always looks great after going to see her for a wash and cut! She was attentive to his needs, as he has allergies and has been prone to ear infections. We are moving out of state and will miss Tracy’s great service!
So happy to hear the news of Jonathan and Claudine Vaughan becoming the new owners at Red Rover. They have cared for several of my pets in the past, 2 dogs, 2 cats and are phenomenal. I could tell how well they did by the excitement Austen and Tequila would have when I would arrive to drop them off. As if they were looking forward to their stay. We are fortunate to have now 2 phenomenal businesses in the area to look after our furry loved ones.
Megan did a fantastic job grooming my fur babies. My German shepherd has very long hair and can be quite a handful but she made him look great! She even managed to cut my other dogs nails and that’s near impossible!! Will definitely be coming back!

I love this studio. All of the instructors are wonderful, supportive, and encouraging. I especially enjoy the heated classes offered at Jiva. I tried Hot 26 on a whim and now I can’t get enough. I highly recommend this studio and all of the instructors- give it a try!

Long established business with a decent service and fair price. Rooms are clean and open, staff are polite and attentive. They can read your muscles as they work and although it might hurt occasionally the end result is superb. I have trouble with my upper back, it's an age and occupational hazard. Great place.

I take weekly massage at A’s Spa as a local resident in Hilton head Island. Every time is so pleased by different massage therapists. Love all of them! What a big pleasantly surprised today! Wonderful place very comfortable environment. All nice friendly people there. Had an hour body massage and 30 minutes foot reflexology package. Fantastic!
