We had bluffton plumbing back today and Ian was here within 40 minutes talk about great customer service. another company came to diagnose why our Rinnai tankless water heater was not working and recommended replacement for over $6K. then we realized Bluffton Plumbing installed it. IAN HAD IT FIXED IN 15 MINUTES!!!! we had a bat problem many years ago and the fan was not operating because a dead bat was clogging it up. it entered via the exhaust pipe as there was a hole in the cage cover outside the house. it is working great again thanks to IAN - WE COMMEND HIM FOR HIS INTEGRITY AND EXPERTISE. he returns tomorrow to replace the cage. A company that in the 17 years since we built the house has exhibited high integrity, trust and you can rely on them to not oversell you. I CANNOT SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS AND WOULD NEVER USE ANY OTHER PLUMBING COMPANY
bluffton plumbing has long been a 5 star company and proved it again today. we had another company ready to install a replacement for the rinnai tankless water heater until they said they would have to rig one with a hole in the roof to adapt it for $5600. and It would have been a bad choice for the roof intrusion. I CALLED BLUFFTON PLUMBING AT 830 THIS MORNING. THEY FOUND THE RIGHT REPLACEMENT UNIT - SO IT WAS A PERFECT FIT AND IAN AND JOE DID A FANTASTIC JOB OF THE REMOVAL AND REPLACEMENT. WHAT A GRATEFUL CUSTOMER I AM. YOU CANNOT POSSIBLY GET BETTER SERVICE AND AT $2800 IT WAS HALF THE PRICE!

After an unfortunate experience at another salon left me with a severe mat in my hair, I reached out to one of their stylists, desperate for help. Without hesitation, she told me to come in as soon as I could, and when I arrived, I wasn’t just met with skilled hands and professional expertise—I was met with love. Every stylist took time out of their busy schedules, sacrificing their own breaks, simply to help me.
For two days, they worked tirelessly, trying everything they could to free my hair from the tangled mess, all while showering me with reassurance, patience, and good laughs that I so desperately needed. Ultimately, the mat was too severe for them to fully remove, and I had to travel to Miami, FL to see a woman who specialized in de matting hair. But that isn’t what this review is about. This is about the selflessness, the heart, and the humanity of this salon.

Came in recently after not having a haircut for 5 mos. Lupita gave me a beautiful bob that is easy to manage and super cute. Salon is clean and staff is very professional. Overall, a very relaxing, spa-like salon experience. A wide variety of Aveda products for sale, but no pressure. Highly recommend!
We recently moved to Hilton Head and a friend of mine recommended that I see Billy at Shelter Cove Salon for a haircut. Billy has now been cutting my hair for several months and I could not be more pleased. He is professional, friendly, and has great attention to detail. My wife has commented that this is the best haircut I have ever had. I look forward many more! I give Billy my highest recommendation and have been recommending him to many.
My fiance won't get his hair cut anywhere but here when we're in town. Apparently he's not the only one...its hard to get an appointment. But easier than walking in. Because you'll have to eat and drink and shop while waiting till they can take you. Which really isn't that unpleasant, cause there's much to do in this center.

I got a shave and a hair cut. It was a very good experience. My hair cut was solid and the straight razor shave was fantastic. Hot towels and lotions to prep my skin. Then a cold towel and after shave lotion to finish up. The staff was friendly and fun to talk with them. It shop has a New Orleans decor. Recommend this shop for hair cuts and shaves.

I was a walk-in without an appointment and was helped within just a few minutes. Lilly did an amazing job on my gel manicure and gel pedicure. She was very friendly. She took her time but was also efficient. She worked with my difficult nails and made everything look amazing ! Also she offered me water, coke or Diet Coke which was a nice bonus. Excellent friendly service and immaculate job well done! Also the salon is very clean and the ambiance is so lovely. The music is very calming and peaceful. A very serene environment !
Such a great experience!! We were here for vacation and stopped in for a mani pedi. Everyone was so friendly and our nails looked so good. My daughter is 4 and they were very kind and sweet to her. They painted her nails and made it a fun experience for her. Would recommend! Julie was excellent!

We visited Nail Expo at Festival Centre at Indigo Park, 45 Pembroke Dr., Unit 110, Hilton Head Island, SC 29926, and from the moment we walked through the door we were greeted warmly and made to feel welcome. The salon was clean, relaxing, and the massage chairs were a wonderful bonus while the staff worked.
I'll admit, I was a little nervous going in because I've never liked having my feet touched, especially my little toes. The technician was patient, gentle, and professional, immediately putting me at ease. The pedicure included nail care, exfoliation, massage, and moisturizing, and by the end I found myself wondering why I'd waited so long to try one.
My wife also had a great experience, and we both left feeling relaxed and refreshed.
If you're looking for a friendly, professional nail salon in Hilton Head, I highly recommend Nail Expo. Whether it's your first pedicure or your hundredth, they'll make you feel comfortable and take great care of you. We'll definitely be back the next time we're on the island.

My daughter and I walked in on a Wednesday afternoon without an appointment and luckily the owner was able to get us both in right away. It’s not a big nail salon, but it is so comfortable and relaxing. The music was soothing and the owner was wonderful to talk to.
I’ve had many pedicure’s at different places over the years and I wish this nail salon was in my home town!
I know this sounds silly, but you just feel totally at home here. The owner is so sweet and kind, she makes you feel well cared for.
One thing to note is she only takes cash or check, I had to run over to the Harris Teeter to use the ATM.

If you’re looking for skin that actually improves over time and someone who gives you real knowledge you can use at home, that’s where Saida stands out. My wife, daughter, and I have been seeing Saida for years, and we’ve also recommended her to family members visiting from out of town. I’ve been getting regular gentleman’s facials with her for about a year now, and my skin has definitely improved. She pays attention to everything, dryness gets addressed, congestion gets cleared up, scalp care is not overlooked, and she uses great products that actually make a difference. One of my favorite parts is the red light therapy. I liked it so much that I ended up buying one of her high quality home red light panels for home use. Saida stays up to date on the latest treatments, ingredients, and technology, and she’s continuing her education through nursing school. You can tell she genuinely cares about what she does and wants the best results for her clients. Great experience, great results, and someone I trust enough to recommend to my own family.
Omg omg love love love what Sophia and Leslie did to our hair! My daughter has very curly hair and has never had a good curly cut until she sat in Sophia’s chair. Tammy is truly wonderful!! She was so patient with me. I was nervous about getting color as my blonde color can be tricky. I didn’t want golden blonde and I didn’t want ashy blonde and she nailed it. It’s the perfect color. She just knew what I was looking for.This was literally the best color I’ve ever had in my entire life. The color looks perfect. Sofie was so easy to talk to and we chatted the whole time!!!! She was also so accommodating and was able to give my partner his first facial the next day. He’s more quiet and said that it was so relaxing and peaceful. My skin was GLOWING after the facial and Sofie tailored the whole experience to what my skin needed!!! She gave me all the recommendations I wanted but never tried to push anything on to me. I now have a new routine and it’s fantastic and SO SIMPLE!! 3 steps!! I was always so intimidated by the lengthy routines and ultimately ended up doing nothing just because of discouraging amounts of products and limited results. Sofie’s routine (cleanser, toner, jojoba oil) is easy and so doable. Nothing hurt, nothing was uncomfortable (like my past facial experiences) and I loved it a lot. I went from a girl who HATED facials to a girl who LOVES them because of Sofie. Absolutely give her a try. I promise you won’t regret it. Thank you Sofie! Love Hannah.

Even with a large party ahead of us, it only took about 10 minutes for 3 tattoos, not bad at all. There are also other kiosks and seating available. No shade though. Tattoos started fading after a few days but they're still totally recognizable. Kids enjoyed them.

We had a main water leak under our driveway and several other plumbers suggested a scope of the sewer line. I called Piper for another opinion and they identified the problem of a faulty connector right away and made the repair. They saved us money and time and we could not be more satisfied. I have used Butler Plumbing for years. Would never dream of calling another company. Butler Plumbing is responsive, quick and always knows what to do. The technicians are fabulous. The office staff so courteous and understanding. My latest problem was tree roots and I could not use any of the plumbing in my house. They were here the next morning got me back in business and then permanently fix the problem several days later. I simply could not say enough good things about them.

Five stars, from the get-go. They actually showed up earlier than promised, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it instead of trying to sell me a whole new lock. That saved me hundreds of dollars and a lot of time. I’ve worked with plenty of contractors over the years, and these guys definitely have the key to great service. The photos I uploaded are the before pictures because the after looked like nothing had ever happened. They’ve definitely locked in a customer for life, and I’d recommend them to anyone looking for someone key-pable of getting the job done. (I’ll let myself out.) 🔑

Love Maid for You! I’ve been using them for a year and they’re very responsive to my requests. I absolutely love that they easily integrate with my Airbnb account so everything is automated. They provide all towels, linens, and the little extras that make a big difference for the guest experience. They can launder larger items same day too. I highly recommend using them especially if you self-manage.

Overall, I had a positive experience. The company was able to fit me into their schedule quickly, which I appreciated.
There were a couple of communication hiccups. On the morning of the cleaning, the team initially went to the wrong address. When I reached out, the company responded promptly, and we got everything sorted out. There was also a bit of confusion around payment, as I was house-sitting and the homeowner was handling payment directly with the company. That situation was a little more complex than usual, and there seemed to be some miscommunication there as well.
Once the cleaners arrived, they were wonderful. They were kind, professional, and took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for. They did a very thorough job, and the house looked and smelled so much better when they were finished.
Despite a couple of communication issues, I was happy with the quality of the cleaning and appreciated how quickly the company was able to accommodate my request. I'd definitely recommend them if you're looking for a thorough, professional cleaning.

Had 2 great installers that did an amazing job installing 3 rooms of carpet , hallway and stairs. They moved all furniture and I am so happy with the work they did. They are 2 of the hardest working guys. Got it all done in one day. All furniture was moved back into place and carpets were vacuumed and it looks beautiful.

We had obtained services for termite warranty with Hilton Head Exterminators. We are very pleased with their service and pricing. They come every other month to inspect the traps. They do a very thorough one year evaluation.
Other companies will come once a year to inspect the traps and they are not as thorough. We are very pleased with the services that they provide.
ALways a pleasure having Dennis perform the service on our home. He is knowledgeable, prompt and polite.

So appreciated the knowledge and follow through of Bartlett Tree Service. Then crew came out to remove a large live oak that was damaging home and also limb up some other trees. SO MUCH BETTER!

I went to Irish dental in the past and it was such a dreadful experience that I quit seeing the dentist and would cry about how bad my teeth looked and hurt. But, Dr. Odette from Hilton Head Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery said that I need to go back to Irish Dental because it is under new management . I have been their twice now and every single person I've interacted with is awesome & provides amazing care. Missy at the front office is cheerful, polite & wonderful, Carrie is a fantastic hygienist, with such a great calming presence with absolute skill and caring attitude, and Ashley and Dr. Hustead make a great team. They are all highly experienced professionals who truly care about their patients. So glad I went back.
Went in for a cleaning. I was also having an issue. Dr McKinley identified the issue and recommend an oral surgeon. He put my mind at ease that if I get it taken care of it will be an easy fix. He also assured me was safe to go on vacation. Oral surgeon didn't have an opening until after vacation anyway. He always put your mind at ease. I am not a fan of going to the dentist. My last dentist wanted to give me 3 crowns. Dr McKinley was able to fix my teeth inexpensively without crowns. Definitely recommend using him for a dentist.

I met with Dr. Hinshelwood, and what really stood out was how she looked at my overall health instead of just focusing on the pain in my neck. She asked about my sleep, activity level, overall health, and even discussed hormones to get a complete picture of what might be contributing to how I was feeling. I really appreciated that whole-body approach.
She put together a personalized treatment plan for my neck, and I’ve just started it. I’m looking forward to seeing my progress. I’ve also been seeing Dr. McGinnis for chiropractic care, and he’s been wonderful. Everyone has been so great here. They’re communicative, honest, and you can tell they genuinely love animals. My two cats (one of which normally hates the vet) have been very happy coming here and I’ve appreciated seeing how they treat them.
Tracy was INCREDIBLE. I have two very sweet dogs who usually come home from the groomer nervous and stressed, but this time they were calm and happy. On top of that, they had the best haircuts they’ve ever had. It’s obvious Tracy genuinely cares about the dogs and takes her time with them. So, so impressed!
We brought our dog with us to Hilton Head to get her away from the Fourth of July fireworks back home, but she ended up having a lot of separation anxiety at our hotel. We needed somewhere for her to spend the day, and Evergreen Pet Lodge helped us out in a pinch! Everyone was so friendly, the facility was clean, and our girl had a great day. We’re so thankful they were able to take her and give us peace of mind knowing she was in good hands. We would definitely use them again! 💕

Megan did a fantastic job grooming my fur babies. My German shepherd has very long hair and can be quite a handful but she made him look great! She even managed to cut my other dogs nails and that’s near impossible!! Will definitely be coming back!

I love this studio. All of the instructors are wonderful, supportive, and encouraging. I especially enjoy the heated classes offered at Jiva. I tried Hot 26 on a whim and now I can’t get enough. I highly recommend this studio and all of the instructors- give it a try!

Shannon is very good at lymphatic massage. She replaced my previous practioner who moved her practice to Savanah during the pandemic. The office is very quiet, so traditional massage would be relaxing there. Surroundings are very clean and peaceful.
Lisa is an amazing stylist/colorist. I have very thick hair and her cut is the best I have ever had. I have recommended her to many friends and they all feel the same. The salon is so welcoming, as well.

Long established business with a decent service and fair price. Rooms are clean and open, staff are polite and attentive. They can read your muscles as they work and although it might hurt occasionally the end result is superb. I have trouble with my upper back, it's an age and occupational hazard. Great place.
