Trinity has an excellent team of healing and stress-relief practitioners that offer a variety of services! You can book anything from a facial to a massage, to a private Pilates class, Reiki, or even an EFT/Tapping session.

Trinity TheraSpa is my favorite place for Pilates. I receive a very professionell service there , individualized for my needs. Flexible hours are always possible. Very friendly service.

I just had an amazing session of reiki & reflexology with Holly. I came in tired & sore and left rejuvenated and so relaxed. It was a wonderful hour of total relaxation. I can't wait til my next appointment!
