I was very impressed with ROC Dental Group. We were on Hilton head Island on vacation. I cracked tooth and had a dental emergency. One of our friends who lives on the island referred us to them. They took me in and took care of the issue with extreme professionalism and care! I would highly recommend them to anybody looking for a quality, caring Dentist

I was very impressed with all the staff. They were all extremely professional and sensitive to my needs. The office is also welcoming and seemed to be equipped with the newest technology. I have nothing but great things to say about this Dentist group.
