“Overall, I had a positive experience. The company was able to fit me into their schedule quickly, which I appreciated.

There were a couple of communication hiccups. On the morning of the cleaning, the team initially went to the wrong address. When I reached out, the company responded promptly, and we got everything sorted out. There was also a bit of confusion around payment, as I was house-sitting and the homeowner was handling payment directly with the company. That situation was a little more complex than usual, and there seemed to be some miscommunication there as well.

Once the cleaners arrived, they were wonderful. They were kind, professional, and took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for. They did a very thorough job, and the house looked and smelled so much better when they were finished.

Despite a couple of communication issues, I was happy with the quality of the cleaning and appreciated how quickly the company was able to accommodate my request. I'd definitely recommend them if you're looking for a thorough, professional cleaning.“
