Five stars, from the get-go. They actually showed up earlier than promised, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it instead of trying to sell me a whole new lock. That saved me hundreds of dollars and a lot of time. I’ve worked with plenty of contractors over the years, and these guys definitely have the key to great service. The photos I uploaded are the before pictures because the after looked like nothing had ever happened. They’ve definitely locked in a customer for life, and I’d recommend them to anyone looking for someone key-pable of getting the job done. (I’ll let myself out.) 🔑
On a Sunday morning Zach from Areawide repaired the broken keypad lock on our beach rental condo. He was professional, knew exactly what was wrong and thanked us for the call. He never complained about climbing 4 sets of steps while the elevator was out of service. He represents his company exceptionally well.
