We hired this company to install a pool deck drain in our new home, only to discover there was an old, non-functioning system hidden beneath the pavers. The crew went above and beyond removing the outdated system with significant effort and redesigning a new drain that not only works extremely well but also looks great. Throughout the entire process, their professionalism, communication and attention to cleanliness really stood out. Their pricing was also very fair for the quality of work provided. I had injured both my Achilles tendons somehow back in April. I noticed it the first week of April but was hoping they would heal themselves. By the time I decided to get P/T, it was mid-May. They were very stiff to where I could barely walk in the mornings, a definite 8 to 9 on the 10-pain scale. I had 8 treatments which had helped tremendously, but I was probably still at about a 2 in morning stiffness. I took a few weeks off and did home stretching and exercises, but really was feeling no further improvement; so I went back for six more treatments. Lauren Lee was my physical therapist both times, and Taylor had seen me for several of those treatments as well. Both Lauren and Taylor were excellent! They knew exactly what to do. And they were both very supportive when I was feeling they may not get better than the level 2 stiffness. They explained that the Achilles tendons do take a long time to heal and very well explained the anatomy and healing process. I did finally have that "quantum leap" to where I am pretty much pain free. Even the mornings are about 98 percent back to normal. They gave me several tips on what to do to keep them stretched out, and I do feel that they will eventually get back to pre-injury condition. Thank you, Lauren and Taylor!

I was very self conscious about the bags and dark circles under my eyes. The office uses the Noon products for before and after treatment. I love the products and have opted to continue using post treatment.

I recently had a total knee replacement and went to this outpatient facility for my physical therapy. From the day I hobbled into the facility until the day I walked out I received outstanding professional care. The therapists, Joe, Melissa, and Mary, that I worked with directly, were very knowledgeable about the care I needed and that they provided to get me moving again. They made this part of my healing process alot easier than I expected it to be. Thank you for your excellent service and will be back when I have surgery on my other knee.
We purchased almost an entire house of luxury vinyl plank from Exact Flooring. Over the course of the next year or so the floor curled and started to break off. This was a manufacturers defect. It took six months but Exact Flooring did fight for us with the manufacturer to have it replaced. Eventually the flooring was replaced with flooring from a different manufacturer. A big thank you to Eric at Exact Flooring for standing up for us.
