We had bluffton plumbing back today and Ian was here within 40 minutes talk about great customer service. another company came to diagnose why our Rinnai tankless water heater was not working and recommended replacement for over $6K. then we realized Bluffton Plumbing installed it. IAN HAD IT FIXED IN 15 MINUTES!!!! we had a bat problem many years ago and the fan was not operating because a dead bat was clogging it up. it entered via the exhaust pipe as there was a hole in the cage cover outside the house. it is working great again thanks to IAN - WE COMMEND HIM FOR HIS INTEGRITY AND EXPERTISE. he returns tomorrow to replace the cage. Outstanding work ethic, knowledge & pricing. So worth the $50 call fee, because their pricing not only beat their competition by a long shot, but because they knew what they where doing, showed up on time, worked efficiently, and figured out how to make the repair without causing any damage to my interior drywall - (competitor claimed they would have to cut into the drywall inside my house to fix house shut off valve). I am SO glad I called Bluffton Plumbing CO for a quote! Thank goodness -Great local business!
Would highly recommend Bluffton Plumbing Co! They were able to get people here quickly and were able to fix our issue even faster! Clayton and Jordan were a pleasure to meet and work with. They fixed our issue in under an hour and even suggested ordering the broken parts to have on hand. Our sinks are very old, and they said that if it breaks again, they can easily replace it with the extra parts, since they are not ones they usually carry with them.
The communication was also great; they called to let me know they could send over techs earlier than expected.
