They were able to schedule me for the technicians arrival in under three hours the technician who arrived, Harrison, was fabulous. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it very quickly. One of the best experiences I’ve ever had. I would highly recommend both Harrison and the Service.
Harrison did an outstanding job exchanging out the old flex piping that was leaking on our water heater. The repair looks more reliable than the old copper one and it didn't take long at before he had the air bled and had us with water again. Thank you so much for the prompt response from your rep this morning and for getting a knowledgeable tech to us just a few hours later. I woke up to a bad leak and by lunchtime everything was taken care of!!
Harrison was awesome! He showed up so quickly for our plumbing emergency. He communicated with me the whole time and gave me all the documentation I requested. I was out of town when the emergency occurred so his transparency was extremely helpful. Thank you ,Harrison, for your professionalism and communication!
