bluffton plumbing has long been a 5 star company and proved it again today. we had another company ready to install a replacement for the rinnai tankless water heater until they said they would have to rig one with a hole in the roof to adapt it for $5600. and It would have been a bad choice for the roof intrusion. I CALLED BLUFFTON PLUMBING AT 830 THIS MORNING. THEY FOUND THE RIGHT REPLACEMENT UNIT - SO IT WAS A PERFECT FIT AND IAN AND JOE DID A FANTASTIC JOB OF THE REMOVAL AND REPLACEMENT. WHAT A GRATEFUL CUSTOMER I AM. YOU CANNOT POSSIBLY GET BETTER SERVICE AND AT $2800 IT WAS HALF THE PRICE!“
