Before choosing Hilton Head Veterinary Clinic for our dogs’ dental cleanings, we checked many of their reviews, the vast majority of which were strongly positive.Happily, from the moment we entered the office, those reviews proved to be so accurate. Staff at the desk were both professional and welcoming. After filling out requisite paperwork, we and our two little guys were ushered into a treatment room where we met with the veterinary tech and then the veterinarian who would perform the procedure. Dr. Allen is a great Vet. He explains matter clearly and always follows up with status of my pet. I miss Dr. Dixon but am happy to trust Dr. Allen with my pets care. The vet techs are always pleasant and clearly enjoy working with animals. Highly recommend.

2nd time visiting clinic as we vacation at the island every year in October. Our elderly cat was in distress. Was able to get same day appointment with Dr. Allen who ran bloodwork at the facility to confirm suspected diagnosis (kidney failure), gave her subcutaneous fluids, and explained what to look for in her last days. His treatment bought us time to get her back home to Tennessee. Dr. Allen has great knowledge and compassion. Could not be more pleased with the service.
