When I first moved here, I was told countless times to avoid this place, but it was the only place that was willing to take me at 36 weeks pregnant. I was prepared for the worst but I have received nothing but kindness and respect from every single nurse and doctor on this team. My birth in October 2025 was the BEST birth experience I've ever had, and that was my third baby. (My other two babies were delivered in FL). I'm now pregnant again and still have yet to see or hear anything negative from the team here. I love my OBGYN, the nurses, and look forward to every visit!

We have had a wonderful experience with Club Karate. The Little Dragons class is fun and engaging, perfect for little ones to learn to love karate. I love how discipline and safety/bullying prevention is worked into class. As they get older, it gets much more disciplined, and there are opportunities to participate in tournaments. My son and daughter have both enjoyed classes there so much and have learned a lot of life skills.

do not waste your time with the only elevator system that’s in the Bluffton area. They know they’re the only ones in the area. They rip you off. They never show up. I have 86-year-old in-laws. The elevator has been broken for over four days. My in-laws have to walk up the steps and they just do not care. This is a very, very, very sick company and they’re horrible. Do not do not use them pay the extra for someone else to come out and do it. I don’t know where that might be but look around and find somebody do not use this elevator lift systems Inc.

I had the most amazing massage with Ryan. I have pretty complex issues in my neck and spine and I have been looking for the right massseur for years. I have quite a bit hardware and scar tissue to work an anround and he did an incredible job.My goal was to get relief in some trouble areas, but Ryan did that and gave me a thorough, relaxing massage as well.

I was a bit concerned about my hair cut. About 5 minutes into the cut the person cut my hair turned on her phone and started to watch a movie. I did not know what to do. Say something and make her mad and who knows what my hair would look like. Or keep my comments to myself. Hair cut turned out OK. Just wanted to get this off my chest. I have learned the people in general do not multi-task well.

These Guys are Professionals with a little bit of humor. Mr. Glover has been cutting my son's hair for nearly 4 years now and never, NEVER has he even come close to a nick or cut on my son's delicate scalp. In fact, during his shape-up, my son sneezed without warning and Mr. Glover's quick reflexes saved my boy from getting a "George Jefferson"!Each of these Gentlemen are experts in cutting different typess and textures of hair regardless of the client's ethnic background. This is a surprising find! I never thought a nail salon in Walmart would be noteworthy, but I am a travel nurse and been to many locations and this location has given the best service and quality I have had. I got gel mani-pedis. They were very conscientious about taking care of cuticles and calluses, touching up all throughout the process. They clean their instruments frequently during the services as well. They use several more layers of gel polish than I have seen used elsewhere, leading to the longest lasting polishes I have had, *months* without chips! Highly recommend!
First time going to Perfect Nails. They were able to fit me in the same day. Susan did a fabulous job on my toes. The absolute best pedicure I have a had in a long time. She is so gentle, took her time and cares about her clients.

I’m here visiting and I needed my nails done asap. Looked at all the surrounding nail shop and there reviews which were all bad! I just took a leap of faith and they did not disappoint! I came as a walk in got seated and worked on immediately. They are only a two person shop Bella and her husband so I would say during peak hours make an appointment. Love their energy and will be going again when I come back.

I did a walk-in here and their customer service was great. Mike, my technician, helped me pick a color and made sure that the end result was what I wanted for my mani and pedi. They were very friendly and accommodating. Appointments are not necessary but reservations can be made. I recommend checking them out!

This is a great shop for your hair styling and barber needs. As any brother out there I'm religious about my barber and being in that chair every 2 weeks. The two barbers in the shop have cut my hair for the past year and I will say they do me right every single time. So for all my brothers over on Laurel Bay, MCRD, MCAS and NHB dont waste your time out at P@pi or the other place by BiLo on Parris Island I know yall hungry for a good cut without the hairline pushing. I highly recommend this shop over by the Flea market on Laurel Bay Road. More so if your lady needs her hair done up there is a salon in the back of the Barber shop that is actually pretty busy.
They have the fastest braider out here, Lisa. She can do a whole head of singles in two hours!

We had Selectric install a power outlet to allow a standby generator access into our house power system. The technician, Bart, was great! He was on time, friendly and did a great job installing all the parts. The installation looks good and he showed us how to properly hook up the generator. We tested the system and everything works correctly. I would not hesitate to use Selectric for any future electrical projects.

I called QES late Monday afternoon, and they came to my place early Tuesday morning. The job was estimated, and completed by noon that same day!! But the best part of my experience were the gentlemen who showed up for the job. They were very attentive to my wants, and offered sound solutions for alternate ways of wiring my room. Service technician, JENEIL P, is awesome. He was here last week for my stove and today for my washer. He is a very polite, courteous, knowledgeable and very respectful man. Don't generally like a strange man in my home but Jeneil takes away the stress of that fear. He was able to repair the stove, I was not so fortunate with the washer as parts are not available, not a fault on Janeil.

Haven't actually had anything built by them yet. But they are building a house for my parents and went and took a look at a lot we were interested in buying to tell us if it would be a good lot to buy. Turns out it was not. They could have charged us a lot of money to get the lot buildable but told us we could keep looking So they turned away potential short term business in exchange for trust. That's big in my book. I will buy a plot of land in Beaufort and they will be my builders when it happens.

I had several other quotes from different companies before i called into Medallion. There pricing was very competitive but their product was much better which won me over. My entire experience was very smooth and professional. They did an excellent job installing my windows and slider doors in my guest house. We had a large oak tree suddenly die so I called Southern Tree Services to have it taken down. Because of their back log due to Hurricanes Helena and Milto hitting our area they advised it would be several weeks before they could help us. Unfortunately, the tree then leaned into our house causing some damage. I called Southern Tree back and advised them of the situation and they moved my original service date up eleven days!! That is customer service above and beyond. Their crew was professional, efficient and left our property spotless. If you need anything kind of tree service, consider no one other than Southern Tree Services.

I live almost 2hrs away and chose to come to this team because of their professionalism and skills. I initially came to get my tongue tie released as an adult (my parents didn’t love me) and they told me after a thorough consultation that it would be a bad idea to do that. They explained that my jaw is currently like a parking spot that can fit a compact car and releasing my tongue tie would be like trying to park an F150 in it, which instantly made sense to me. So they’ve got me using a device to expand my jaw and I’m already seeing massive sleep improvement without the tongue tie release.
I work specifically with the two Brits and Joanie at the front desk. They’re awesome, 10/10 recommend this place and the team.

Would recommend the folks at Beaufort Smiles for all your dental needs. Most recent appointment had the services of Erin for a cleaning. Not sure I've ever said I enjoyed a dental appointment but this was without a doubt, the gentlest cleaning I've ever had. Great care with all tools and probes but a thorough cleaning for sure. The conversation explaining things was appreciated as well as it made things seem to move along at a good pace.

Dr. Andy Smith and i have to say also Dr. Robert Smith will sit down with you explain everything as if you are the only patient they have for that day, theres no rushing you out of the office! I have a kitty that has kidney disease and it has been a tough road trying to keep his numbers level so I can keep my baby around as long as I can. I am probably at the vet everyday panicking. The WHOLE staff has been amazing. Cant tell you how wonderful everyone is and takes amazing care of my boy! They probably want to run when they see me coming. Their bed side manner is what brings me back, cant ask for a better team, caring, patient and always on top of their game! Thank you all so much!

Wow, what a great experience. The staff are extremely patient and friendly. You can tell they truly care about the animals and their comfort. My dog is a VERY nervous boy who hates scissors and i was worried he wouldn’t be able to be groomed professionally without anesthesia. Not only were they able to do that, they also brushed his teeth and did his nails. It feels like a weight off my shoulders. And Toby loved the staff—he came out with his tail wagging.
