They arrived on time, greeted me with professionalism, and provided me with feedback as they were doing their job. Another contractor had left a mess under my house and MacKenzie and Tommy not only made me aware of it but per my request took pictures for me and went over and beyond to pick it up. I told them they didn’t have to do it but I was told “we couldn’t just see that trash and not have cleaned it up. It was in the area we were working in”. I Love it! They used quality materials and their quality of work was first class. After the installers completed their work, Jason did a thorough quality inspection and made a few fine tuning adjustments to ensure system was operating efficiently. “This was my first time using Cook Plumbing. They gave a time window of 11 - 2 but Greg and Gabe showed up right at 11:00. They did an excellent job of removing my old kitchen faucet which was a struggle to get out because of some rust. They installed my new kitchen faucet and added some sealant around my kitchen sink to secure it as well.They cleaned up after they were finished and answered all of the questions I had and didn't mind me watching so I could learn more about the process. Both of them were very friendly and did great work. I'll definitely be using Cook Plumbing again.Service: Faucet installation“

“Chris was my service technician. Joey was my my sales representative. Both were prompt, professional and pleasant. He showed me pictures of my 20+ year old HVAC systems’ inside and outside each unit and air handlers. He willingly did a quote to fix and sent a sales representative to give quotes and options on new units. We’re in our 60s and these Raheem units will last the rest of our lives. I really appreciate that both men came on the same day because I had the day off. Our work is scheduled for this Saturday. I can leave another review after the work is complete.“

It's impressive that they still care so much about their integrity and doing high quality work as they did the first time I met them 10 years ago. I felt the price was more than fair, but even if they were higher I would still feel like I received a good value.
