Nick arrived as scheduled with a replacement part, if needed. They checked our thermostat and confirmed it was bad. They replaced it, tested it to function properly, Additionally, Yassine programmed our phones for the WiFi connection. “Asked Northpoint to replace a capacitor that another company said was out of tolerance. Other company quoted an excessive cost to replace it. I then called Northpoint who quoted (via phone) a very reasonable cost. Tim Robinson (technician) came out to my house and tested the system in question. Tim verified the capacitor was in fact perfectly in tolerance and confirmed it did not need replacing. I was thoroughly impressed by Tim's professionalism, honesty, and candor when discussing this matter. I was only charged for the service call, and in effect, saved hundreds in avoiding an unnecessary repair. I intend to initiate a service contract with Northpoint soonest. Thanks again, Tim!!“

“This company is connected to Cornerstone Comfort in Charlotte. I had them repair my thermostat at our lake house in Lake Norman, they replaced the condenser or compressor or something like that at our house in Charlotte and they worked on a rental in Greensboro. Each time the tech was not pushy or anything and they were really easy to work with. Honestly I was surprised the price was not higher. They did replace a unit at an office for me as well. Very affordable. Really happy.“
