Came out within three hours on a Saturday Fourth of July weekend. Had one part by Monday afternoon; one part was over 500 miles away at the factory(unit is over 12 years old). It was air freighted. Technician arrived Monday morning and repaired the unit including the motor which had damaged itself when the housing detached. They had brought a spare motor on the truck in case this turned out to be true when it was mounted and retested.
