“The compressor for my central A/C died in the middle of a heat wave and needed to be replaced and Steven at P&W HVAC took care of me! All the other HVAC companies in the area couldn't come until next week but Steven had it done SAME DAY at a much better price too! Amazing service and communication, you call the number and the owner answers on the first ring, no phone menus or robots. No upsells, and he clearly explained everything he was doing and why. I cannot recommend Steven and P&W HVAC enough!”

“We recently got new package unit for the downstairs of our house. Everyone we dealt with at the business was professional, friendly, and caring. The salesman, Lewis, was knowledgeable about all aspects of HVAC because he had worked in many different areas of the business. The two installers, Justin and Kyle, were super. They worked tirelessly for three days (new duct work, too) and left no mess behind. So far I am very pleased and hope service in the future is as smooth.”
