07/13/26: Was due for spring/summer PM in April 2026. Did not receive a call or reminder. I had to call for an appt. Scheduler wanted to set an August date. I pre paid on 10/21/25 for a spring & fall 2026 PM. Spoke with a female manager and was told that I can’t schedule a weekend appt as I have in the past since I work 8-4:30 weekdays. I have to take vacation time to accept the 7/13/26 appt. and leave work an hour early for a 4-6 appt. Was told they are 4 months behind and 12 down to 8 techs- a BIG PROBLEM for us clients who have been with 2nd Wind Air for over 15 years! Had an emergency appt set for 8-10pm. I was called early ,showed up around 6. He was courteous professional and friendly. He explained the problems and option without the dramatic pushy sales pitch.
Will continue using the services and would highly recommend.
