“I had a great experience with Ryan from Southern Solutions. My smaller unit for my basement would produce cold air but no heat. After troubleshooting the PTac unit, He let me know that he could fix the problem I was having but that it would be pretty expensive and that my A/C would work regardless. Honesty goes a long way and I’m glad he gave his honest opinion rather than taking advantage of me and trying to make a quick book. He was on time, efficient and professional.“

“David Nickel from AAA Heating and Air did a great job on my HVAC maintenance appointment. The outside rain did not affect his work at all. I tried to use an umbrella to help him stay away from the rain, but it is not an easy thing to do under the working environment. On the other hand, before he started to clean my outside AC unit, he warned me to stay away from there to avoid getting hurt. What a great guy! Thank you.“

“I made a urgent call on a Sunday night to Braisington, our AC had stopped blowing cold air and the coils were frozen. Then sent out David the very next morning.After diagnosing the problem I was going to have to replace the unit. David explained to me the different units, their warranty and an estimate. I was terrified of having to come up with a large sum. He explained the finance options and left for the day.David called me the next day to let me know that he had found a deal that saved me almost 1/3rd the cost. I took 2 days to come up with the funds but by Friday Morning they were installing my new unit.I can't thank Braisington Plumbing Heating and air enough for there fast, affordable and professional quality service.
