I would like to give a shout out to Shawn who installed the air scrubber in the blower unit of the HVAC and the surge protector in May, Jeremy that inspected the circuit breaker and instilled the grounding rod and James and Luis, plumbers that addressed a couple different concerns at different times. I tried to use an umbrella to help him stay away from the rain, but it is not an easy thing to do under the working environment. On the other hand, before he started to clean my outside AC unit, he warned me to stay away from there to avoid getting hurt. What a great guy! Thank you.“

“William HVAC tech is very professional and respectful and found issues after a hard diagnostic. HVAC unit was only 6 years old and was having some electrical issues. Ended up have some wire issues and a couple bad parts already. Unit was barely out of warranty and Barry was able to help us out tremendously on that part. Very happy as we had a very difficult financial year with significant damage to our house from Helene. Would definitely use them again!“

“After being out of power for five days during our storm Helene in September, 2024 I decided to have a Generac Whole Home Generator installed. After getting bids from three companies, I went with Carolina Conditions. They were the lowest cost ($4,500 under my highest bid) and could do it in the most timely manner. The install crew, lead by CJ Van Etten arrived on time and got right to work. I did tell CJ how I wanted a neat appearing installation.
