Ask for Mike or Billy. They are the techs that are experienced and know what they are doing. Mike came out today and got my old unit working cause he knew I couldn't afford a new unit right now. Really appreciate his hard work.
We had recently had an HVAC repair by this company about 1 month ago. Last night our AC unit stopped working again and there is a heat advisory this weekend. Billy promptly answered our call after hours, arrived to our house, fixed our unit, and went above and beyond by telling us how to make sure this issue wouldn’t happen again. We appreciated his promptness, professionalism, and truthfulness!
The phone was answered promptly, professionally and warmly. A service call was available the same morning I called. An arrival window was set, and the technician called when he was en route to my house. Service was fast, thourogh and professional. Everything was explained ahead of time and all my questions were answered directly and succinctly. The job was finished in a surprisingly brief time. I'm impressed all the way around. Perfect score.
