OH MY GOSH! I had company coming in this afternoon to stay the night and my AC stopped cooling; I PANICKED. I MADE ONE phone call, spoke to Darren Williams and he sent help out IMMEDIATELY!! Omar was the technician and let me tell you……. He is AWESOME!! He explained everything and assured me it was an easy fix and had us up and running JUST IN TIME!!! Kevin, my service technician was very understanding and knowledgeable. It was the hottest weekend of the year so I was very pleased when he returned my call and came right on out.
