The replacement of the ductwork was done very efficiently! The only thing was that the condensation pump was not installed. I was given an adjustment on my bill, but one of the main reasons for the work was the issue with the overflow getting plugged and shutting down the system. Hoping the new ductwork will not have the same issue with that.
The technician, Aaron, was excellent. He explained the situation, showed me pictures of the problem and was appeared thorough in his work. Fortunately the AC still under warranty and EFMartin took care of the repair without a problem, even when they had to return because of a faulty part sent by the manufacturer.
