“My Trane AC decided to quit cooling last night. I called Rescue at 8:00 AM today. Brent had installed this unit a few years ago and I was impressed with his work and professional demeanor. I was told he was not in the office, but they would send Joseph to my house at 11:30 today. He and Grant arrived and immediately went up into my scorching attic to check out the air handler. That was working, so they went outside to check the unit. Joseph came back in and told me he found the problem and I asked him to replace the broken part. He later showed me the part he replaced and told me the low price I had to pay. I was very pleased with their quick response after my 83 degree night. I will definitely call them again to help me if I need it.“
