Columbia Air Conditioning & Heating Electric Co

Great group of folk. I've had the opportunity to work here in the past and was pleased with service to others and the desire to get it done right the first time.

I was initially concerned about how long the maintenance would take, but they completed the A/C system check in just under an hour and replaced a worn-out filter I hadn't noticed. They also provided some helpful advice on keeping the unit running efficiently between visits.

After a previous negative experience, I was cautious but found them to be efficient as they quickly diagnosed and repaired my portable A/C in under an hour. Their straightforward approach was refreshing, especially after past issues with unclear communication from other contractors.
