They were back on Monday AM to complete the work. Did an excellent job replacing the bad line outside and also installed a shut-off valve inside. We were removing vanities and toilets from bathrooms to install new floors and had 3 different water pipes break at different times within a 3-week period and flood several rooms of our home. Gerard responded immediately to each call. One call was on a Saturday afternoon, and we are so glad we called Gerard.
Eric Gerard answered our emergency call on a Saturday and told us what to do to stop the leak, explained what caused the leak, and talked us through how we could try to patch the pipe.
The pipe was so old and so damaged we were unable to patch it.
Eric immediately dispatched a plumber to repair the broken pipe on a Saturday so we could turn the main water back on to the house.
The entire staff at Gerard provided excellent customer service.
