they phoned me. In half an hour time, two real nice guys came in and replaced my thermostat in approximately half an hour or a bit longer. Also, back in January I used Mark Allen for a leak I had in my garage...my toilet needed replaced. Every person from this company that came to my home was very nice and respectful. And knew what they were doing. I highly recommend this company.

Mark Allen plumbing was responsive on a weekend and was able to get someone out to work on our issue timely. While there were some questions about what we were charged for the work, they were able to rectify my concerns quickly and ensured a fair price for the work performed. I appreciated their customer service and responsiveness.

We are happy with the service and work. They showed up in a very timely manner when first contacted. Work couldn’t begin until water company completed some curb work. The plumber (Jason) was friendly and competent, and even showed up earlier than scheduled the following day. The job was completed quickly and efficiently.
