Though I wasn't exactly thrilled about needing a new water heating unit, it was time. Jermaine was honest, focused on the task, kept us up-to-date, and completed the installation without issue. He also made us aware of previous installations that were botched from a service we used before Roto-Rooter. The price for new unit and installation was extremely reasonable as we were quoted an insanely high price from the last hvac service (without asking) that had came to service our central air unit. “Ended up having a competitor come in to fix my sewage trap. They told me I had additional issues in my sewage line requiring excavation and a pretty significant price tag. Called Metz for a second opinion. They scoped the line and were able to fix it with a liner. No excavation needed. Their team were professional and informative and I would recommend them for any sewer line repairs.“

“My mother had a gas line that was leaking outside. They came Friday evening to verify & shut off the line. They supplied electric heaters for the apartment that was affected. They were back on Monday AM to complete the work. Did an excellent job replacing the bad line outside and also installed a shut-off valve inside. “I haven’t had this company complete work yet, but I wanted to review their employee Tim who came out to assess a project for me. If I get the work done, I will hire this company solely based on the honesty and integrity of their employee, Tim. My father was a contractor/electrician and I am semi versed in how homes are built. I did not tell Tim this, but listened carefully to what he said and how he explained it and everything was upfront and honest. A lot of times, contractors will try to oversell or scare females thinking they won’t know any better. I never got this impression from Tim, that is such a breath of fresh air! I would definitely recommend having them come out for an estimate on a project if you’re looking for an honest assessment of the situation.“
