This was my first appointment with GI Plumbing and I will definitely be calling them back the next time I need a plumber. Jacob was able to help me reschedule to an earlier time that worked for my schedule. Mike was friendly and did the job in about 45 minutes. Their online portal and scheduling system works really well.

From initial contact to the end result, GI Plumbing was outstanding. I was dispatched a plumbing expert within 4 hours of calling. My expert, Joe, arrived promptly and I was given a picture of him via text when the truck was in route. This ensured I got the correct person entering my house. Joe explained and showed me what the potential pricing would be before we conducted anything. Joe was able to remove and unclog my drain. Through this, he provided great customer service while I asked many question. I would recommend everyone to utilize GI Plumbing and especially Joe!Attached is a picture of the block that he got from my main drain. I am so thankful
