Though I wasn't exactly thrilled about needing a new water heating unit, it was time. Jermaine was honest, focused on the task, kept us up-to-date, and completed the installation without issue. He also made us aware of previous installations that were botched from a service we used before Roto-Rooter. The price for new unit and installation was extremely reasonable as we were quoted an insanely high price from the last hvac service (without asking) that had came to service our central air unit. “My mother had a gas line that was leaking outside. They came Friday evening to verify & shut off the line. They supplied electric heaters for the apartment that was affected. They were back on Monday AM to complete the work. Did an excellent job replacing the bad line outside and also installed a shut-off valve inside.
