Very very very friendly, on time, and kept informed about when they would come. I don’t actually know anything about plumbing though but they seem to have done a good job
Minor (is there such a thing?) gas leak on side of home, not a high risk per Gas Company. Hired GPP to estimate. They gave 2 prices - 1 for fixing if it is 'simple' and 1 for replacing line in yard. It was the 'simple' one. They came out in the AM, hand dug a large hole so to not damage plants, sprinkler system and such, explained in detail what they were doing and fixed the issue, replaced the dirt and mulch. You can't even tell they were there!!! Plus they worked closely with the gas company so we were not without gas for a long period of time. Scheduling was easy and staff friendly and courteous. Alex came to do a sewer camera inspection and when he found a problem thoroughly explained the issue and the solution.
