If I get the work done, I will hire this company solely based on the honesty and integrity of their employee, Tim. My father was a contractor/electrician and I am semi versed in how homes are built. I did not tell Tim this, but listened carefully to what he said and how he explained it and everything was upfront and honest. A lot of times, contractors will try to oversell or scare females thinking they won’t know any better. I never got this impression from Tim, that is such a breath of fresh air! I would definitely recommend having them come out for an estimate on a project if you’re looking for an honest assessment of the situation.“

We were removing vanities and toilets from bathrooms to install new floors and had 3 different water pipes break at different times within a 3-week period and flood several rooms of our home. Gerard responded immediately to each call. One call was on a Saturday afternoon, and we are so glad we called Gerard.
Eric Gerard answered our emergency call on a Saturday and told us what to do to stop the leak, explained what caused the leak, and talked us through how we could try to patch the pipe.
