I want to update my earlier comments and say my experience with Dillon & Sons Plumbing has been much better than i first felt. At one point i was frustrated about scheduling and thought the appointment timing was off, but the plumbing work itself was solid and worth recognizing. They installed a new water pump for us, and the job was done well with good attention to the system and clean workmanship. We also called for help with clogged sink drains, and mason went the extra mile to get the drain line flowing again and make sure the issue was fully handled. The team was professional, helpful, and clearly knew their plumbing work. The only challenge seemed to be that they stay very busy, which can make response times a little longer than some customers expect, but that also shows many people trust their service. Overall, i would gladly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable plumbing help, fair pricing, and quality work on pumps, drains, and general household plumbing repairs.
I had a leaking toilet supply valve and also wanted to swap out another older toilet shutoff valve while that fixture was already being worked on. On top of that, the upstairs tub would not turn on, so I called Dillon & Sons Plumbing for help. Chase and Gregory showed up the same day within the time window they gave me, which made the whole service call easy and stress free. They were fast, efficient, and very courteous while replacing the valves. After that, Mason arrived shortly after to keep checking the tub issue.
