“We had an issue with our tankless water heater. The first technician who came out was a bit inexperienced, so he left us with a leak. No big deal, it happens. Within just a couple days the company sent out new technicians to fix what the first technician couldn’t; and, I got a phone call informing they’d be refunding me the money I had paid! Mistakes are part of life, but it’s how a company deals with them that makes a difference. I really appreciated the extra effort.“

“We called for a gas line removal and capping. I called at 1:22 and left a voicemail. He called me back at 1:31 asking when we needed service. He was at our house at 1:42. Less than 15 minutes later! I couldn't even believe it. He quickly looked at the pipe, let us know what needed to be done and completed the entire project within 20 minutes. He was super friendly and professional, he let us know if we have any problems or need anything else (we're doing a full kitchen renovation) to let him know.
